Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Dimerion Studio ("Dimerion," "we," "us"), operated by Mert Yavuz in Grapevine, Texas, United States, collects, uses, and shares personal information through the website dimerion.studio (the "Site"). Questions about this policy can be sent to mert@dimerion.studio.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the Site and the messages you send us through it or by email. It does not cover information we process while delivering paid services to a client, including billing and payment for that work. That information is governed by the written agreement with that client, including its confidentiality and data-handling terms.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name and business name
- Your email address and phone number
- The type of help you are interested in and your budget range
- Your message and anything you choose to include in it
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, health information, or government identification numbers through the form or by email.
Information collected automatically.
- Hosting and security logs. The companies that host and protect the Site process technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and request times so they can deliver and secure the Site.
- Spam and bot protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes information about your browser and device to tell people apart from automated bots.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and browser information.
- Browser storage. The Site saves one small item in your browser’s session storage so the intro animation does not replay during the same visit. It is deleted when you close the browser tab.
What we do not use. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking tools on the Site, and we do not set cookies to track you. Our hosting and security providers may set a strictly necessary cookie so they can tell real visitors from automated traffic and keep the Site available.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your message and discuss your project
- To prepare proposals, quotes, and agreements you ask for
- To protect the Site and the contact form from spam, fraud, and abuse
- To keep records of business communications
- To comply with law and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Service providers that run the Site and our communications on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting and the contact-form endpoint); Cloudflare (bot protection through Turnstile, and secure storage of form submissions); Resend (email delivery of form submissions); and Google (email through Google Workspace, and website fonts). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may change providers; any replacement will be used only for the same purposes.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
- Business transfers: if Dimerion is reorganized into a company, merged, or sold, information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy.
- With your permission: in any other case, only with your consent.
6. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and related emails only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, such as replying to you, managing a business relationship, keeping business records, and meeting legal obligations. In practice, an inquiry that does not lead to work is deleted within 24 months, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Hosting and security logs are kept by our providers under their own retention schedules.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and access-controlled storage. No website, email system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you when and as required by law.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal information, give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Email mert@dimerion.studio with your request. We will respond within 45 days and may need to verify your identity first. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. If we deny a request, you may reply to ask us to reconsider. Residents of certain states may have additional rights under their state’s privacy law, and we will honor those rights where the law applies to us.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, the Site does not change its behavior in response to this signal. We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across websites through the Site for advertising purposes.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Location of processing
We operate in the United States. Information you send us is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
12. Other websites
The Site may link to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change, including when Dimerion Studio is organized as a company. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell you before applying it to that information.
14. Nature of this policy
This policy describes our practices and is provided for transparency. It does not create contractual rights or obligations. Client engagements are governed by their written agreements.
